Buying Products On Our Website

By placing an order with Manchester Gin, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@manchestergin.co.uk before placing your order with us.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible but despite this, slight variations in items may occur. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.

We may refuse at our discretion to accept an order:
1 where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
2 if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
3 if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
4 where goods ordered by you are not available;
5 if we do not deliver to your area;

Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.

By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are over 18 and agree to an electronic age verification check to confirm this. By placing an order, you consent to a credit data search, which will leave an ID check footprint. If we cannot confirm your age via an electronic check we reserve the right to request proof of age and/or decline to fulfil your order. Orders cannot be dispatched until your age has been verified regardless of shipping option selected.

It is an offence to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 18 years of age or to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol for persons under the age of 18.

Manchester Gin Uses PayPal For All Online Transactions

We use PayPal because we believe it to be a very safe way to buy goods online, and it’s easy! Simply follow the instructions on the checkout page. PayPal is an international secure payment service used by millions of people every day for purchasing goods online. You may pay for your purchases using any major credit card including Visa, MasterCard or American Express and you will receive confirmation of payment via email.

Payment shall be due before delivery. If payment fails your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.

Processing Your Order & Delivery

If your order is received by 11am, we’ll do our best to dispatch it the next working day. We try to process all orders within 1 working day of receiving them, however as we use a third party courier on occasion we do experience some breakages which may delay your order.

We deliver across the UK via APC. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Manchester Gin and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it’s at all damaged, don’t sign for it but hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after you’ve signed for it, please email immediately at info@manchestergin.co.uk stating your order number.

To purchase products from Manchester Gin, you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside.
