Created originally for cocktails in our own distillery bar, we have remained faithful to the hand-crafted ethos that we have always adopted, resulting in this true Manchester Spirit.
Traditionally distilled, this “classic” recipe results in a dignified, delicate, and creamy botanical vodka which is the perfect foundation for drinks. Elevate simple cocktails and enhance complex ones with this unique vodka.
Using fresh grapefruit peel and a new, gentle distillation method, we have created a truly unique Grapefruit Vodka that really harnesses the vibrancy of the fruit.
