Last year, we collaborated with New Order and Joy Division legend, Peter Hook to create a gin as electric as the cultural movements that made its name famous. Reminiscent of Madchester club nights and an acid house scene that’s still going strong today, our FAC51 The Haçienda is a citrusy gin bursting with lemon and lime.
At 42%, this gin packs a nice, sharp punch but is surprisingly smooth. You’ll get creamy lemon & lime drops on the nose and palate, with an electric, almost peppery zing. The finish is balanced and full. It’s a fantastic cocktail gin, bringing out smoothness in complimentary spirits and liqueurs and makes a deliciously refreshing G&T.
Haçienda G&T
Pour a double shot of Haçienda over a generous serving of cubed ice. Top with a premium Indian tonic – we like Franklin & Sons and Fever-Tree – and garnish with twists of lemon and lime peel to bring out that beautiful citrus zing.
