For this winter-warming spirit, we’ve combined a delicate blend of spices with citrus and our signature botanicals. Cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves meet bright winter orange; then with dandelion and burdock we bring a delightful depth of flavour.

With ice, Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic, a cinnamon stick and a twist of orange peel
With hot water, tonic syrup, a cinnamon stick – and a mince pie (seriously!)
How is it made?
We’re always inventing in our distillery. Our curiosity is driven by a love of seasonal ingredients and perfect flavour combinations, so creating gins as the seasons change is something we’ve always done. Now, we’re starting to release them in limited batches, sharing our favourite recipes with you.
So in this edition, our first spiced gin, we use traditional festive spices in our own unique way. Cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves bring a delicious warmth. Bright winter orange meets piney juniper . Finally, our signature botanicals, dandelion and burdock, add a depth of flavour, bringing the whole recipe together in perfect harmony.
