It’s beGINning to look a lot like Christmas, so here at Manchester Gin HQ we’ve taken on the very difficult task of carefully creating a series of 12 festive gin cocktails, just for you. It’s been a tough job but there is no excuse now for not getting into the Christmas spirit.

200ml Classic Gin, 180ml Lillet Blanc vermouth, 200 ml Green tea (strong brew, 4 bags), 80ml Fresh lemon juice, 50ml Cinnamon Syrup, 5 dashes angostura bitters, 300ml sparkling water, Serves 6

And for our Grand Finale, Drummers Punch – who doesn’t want a punch bowl at Christmas? Fresh citrus, earthy green tea, and complex dry vermouth all intertwine with full bodied herbaceous bitters to give a zingy but rich punch. Think party food snacks, mince pies and a big bowl of a delicious cocktail everyone can try. Pour all ingredients in a punch bowl and then garnish with orange, lemon & lime wheels, Rosemary, thyme and then fresh berries like blackberries and blueberries
