We’ll take you on a tour of the distillery to give you an insight into what we’re so passionate about. With every part of our production done in-house, you’ll see first-hand what goes into making one of the most awarded gins in the country.

After this, we’ll guide you through sampling our gins to understand our flavour profiles and help you decide which your favourite is.

This Distillery Experience is also available as our Sunday Funday Experience which is available with our delicious roast dinner after your experience for just an additional £15 per-person.

GIN-MAKING EXPERIENCE – MAKE YOUR OWN GIN

2.5hrs | £95 per person

Join us for a fully immersive distillery tour and gin-making experience.

With a gin and tonic in hand, we’ll give you an insight into how we started, take you on a tour of our distillery and explain our production process to really give you a feel for our distillery life. We’ll then take you on a guided tasting of our gins to help you understand your palette, discover the styles of gin you prefer and also your favourite botanicals.

You’re then ready to learn the art of distilling gin. You’ll be guided through choosing your own botanicals, weighing each of them and finally distilling your own unique bottle to take home.

We’ll also give you an insight into what has made this incredible city so spectacular, by looking into some of the key events that have shaped not only this city, but the country too.

For the experimental

GIN-MAKING FOR TWO

2.5 HOURS | £135 

Firstly join us for a guided tour & tasting in our distillery followed by a gin-making experience with someone you love.

You’ll be greeted with a gin & tonic upon arrival, we’ll then give you an insight into the art of distillation, take you on a tour of our distillery and explain our production process to really give you a feel for our distillery life, passion and our the love story behind our distillery. We’ll then take you on a guided tasting of our gins to help you understand your palette, discover new styles and types of gin you prefer and also your favourite botanicals for the perfect pairing. 

You’re then ready to become a Master Distiller for the day. You’ll be guided through choosing your own botanicals together, weighing each of them and finally distilling your own unique bottle to take home. Please note, Gin Making for Two allows you to take home one bottle between two people.

For the adventurous

TASTE THE DISTILLERY 

45 minutes to an hour | £30 per person

A guided tour and tasting of our spirits with an insight into the distillery life. 

Your experience will begin with a drink of your choice upon arrival, ranging from rum, vodka and gin, followed by a tour and insight into the art of distillation and our passion for spirits. The tour will continue with a tasting of our award-winning spirits which include; One-Eyed Rebel Spiced Rum, Sphere English Vodka, Forty-Five Vermouth, our abSINthe – and, of course, a couple of Manchester Gin samples thrown in for good measure.

You will also get to know about the history behind them and explore new flavour profiles. This experience is perfect if you’re ready to expand your palette, if you’d like to join our tasting & tour but you like more than just gin, or if you’d just like to join us again for a new experience!
