It is with great sadness that we are closed to the public until further notice.

We closed last week (wc 16th March) in an attempt to protect our staff and our customers from the spread of COVID-19. Since then, the government has forced the closure of all bars, restaurants and pubs and is encouraging social distancing meaning that we have fully closed our bar, restaurant and distillery for the foreseeable future.

We’ve been in touch with existing bookings due to take place over the next few weeks to rearrange. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope we’ll see you again very soon. We’ll be taking bookings from the 1st June on a provisional basis only until we have a clearer idea of when we’ll be able to reopen.

If you’d like to support us in the meantime, please purchasing gin or gift vouchers. Your support during this period, in whatever form, when we’re unable to open means the world to us.

Please contact bookings@manchestergin.co.uk for any queries. This address is being closely monitored and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and kindness at this time. We can’t wait to see you again soon.

Seb, Jen and the Manchester Gin team x

Due to the UK outbreak of COVID-19 and the uncertainty surrounding our ability to open to the public over the coming weeks, we have taken the difficult decision to close our distillery to all public experience until further notice.

This news has come as a shock to us as a family, a small business and a team and we are taking it day by day to construct a plan for the near future.

Our priorities, as always are to look after the health and safety of everyone who comes through our doors – staff and customers alike. The decision to close affects us all and has not been taken lightly, but has been made in the interest of you and our team. We’d all like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and kindness while we weather this. We’d also like to express our sincere gratitude for your support so far since we opened our distillery. Your custom has meant the world to us and we can’t wait to open our doors to you again.

The issuing of gift vouchers to replace existing bookings may take a few days. Please bear with us while we tackle this unprecedented situation.

Again, we’d like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your custom, patience and understanding. Let’s get through this together. We can’t wait to raise a G&T with you on the other side.

We are always so grateful to everyone for your support, but especially now.

Please keep an eye on this page and our social channels for the latest updates on our opening hours as things are changing on a daily or even hourly basis.

Globally, locally, and for the hospitality industry, this is a really difficult time. We want to assure you that we are taking every precaution to keep Three Little Words and Manchester Gin open, safe and comfortable for you and our wonderful team.

We’ve upped our regular deep-cleaning schedule and are sanitising tables, card machines, and salt and pepper shakers between uses. We’re cleaning “high touch” surfaces like door handles, taps and toilet flushes at least every 30 minutes.

If you’d rather not stick around, you can buy Manchester Gin to take away. We’re happily rescheduling tables, tours and gin making experiences. If you’re under the weather, particularly if you’re displaying early symptoms of the virus, we kindly ask that you amend your booking for another time for the safety of our staff and other guests.

Distillery

We are not currently accepting new bookings for distillery experiences due to uncertainty surrounding COVID-19.

If you would like to gift someone an experience, gift vouchers are still available for purchase and we will honour an extended validity of 18 months from date of purchase

Existing bookings and our updated cancellation policy

Unfortunately, at this moment in time we are not in a position to issue refunds. This is an unprecedented situation and one that has left the hospitality industry in a period of uncertainty.

We will gladly put your booking on hold to rearrange at a future time and date when we have a clearer set of guidelines from the government and WHO with regards to opening the distillery and operating tours and experiences.

We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience but must stress that this is a scenario beyond our control.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support and loyalty. This is a tough time for us all and we thank you for your kindness and understanding.

Restaurant

Please note that all new bookings for the restaurant will be subject to change due to the current uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and government guidelines regarding public spaces and gatherings.

We apologise if those guidelines result in disruption to your event but are acting with our staff and customers’ health and comfort as top priority. We will gladly put your booking on hold or rearrange it for another time, as we would love nothing more than to see you when circumstances allow.

All those that have paid a deposit for a restaurant or bar booking at Three Little Words will be contacted via email within the next 72 hours. Please email us at hello@manchestergin.co.uk if you have any queries.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support and loyalty. This is a tough time for us all and we thank you for your kindness and understanding.

If you have any further questions, please contact our reservations team by email.
