WHEN WILL MY ONLINE ORDER ARRIVE?
We use a next-working-day service for online orders, so if you order before 11am, it should arrive next day. Due to current circumstances, we do experience delays from time to time, so please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

To redeem your voucher against a booking, follow the booking process as if you were going to pay using a bank card, then under your ticket summary, there will be a blue ‘Add discount/voucher code’ option. Enter your voucher number here to redeem this from the balance.
If purchasing the tickets on a mobile site, you will first need to click the arrow next to the balance, which will display the ‘Add discount/voucher code’ option.
If your voucher code begins with G, you can add “VR-” in front of your voucher code for this to work online.
