WHEN WILL MY ONLINE ORDER ARRIVE?

We use a next-working-day service for online orders, so if you order before 11am, it should arrive next day. Due to current circumstances, we do experience delays from time to time, so please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

MY DISTILLERY EXPERIENCE VOUCHER SAYS “INVALID”

Please check you’re entering your voucher in the right place. Do not enter it where the page asks for “Promo/voucher”, you will be able to select Gift Certificate as the payment method at the point of payment.
